Moroccan Harira – A Ramadan Soup Par Excellence

Harira is one of the most popular dishes in Moroccan cuisine, especially known for being a staple on the iftar table during the holy month of Ramadan. It’s a rich, nourishing soup that combines simple ingredients to create a flavorful and healthy meal.
